Talk Back Natchitoches

Pastor Steven Harris was born in Hodge, LA, on November 30, 1966. He is the third of six children. He has been married to Twana Johnson Harris for twenty years and has five children: Latyrus, Enrico, Serena, Steven, and Shemaria.

Harris accepted Christ at age seven and was baptized in 1973. He began preaching in 1988 and has continued his ministry ever since.

In 2008, Harris founded Abundant Life International Ministry in Natchitoches, LA. Previously, he served as senior pastor at St. Paul Baptist Church for 14 years and held various roles at other churches. He also led evangelistic crusades and served as youth and music director in Jonesboro, LA.

     Harris founded Trinity Promotions, Inc. in 1989 and the "Voices of Trinity" in 1986. He studied sociology and marketing at Grambling State University and continues his theological education at Slidell Theological Seminary.

For over 27 years, Harris has dedicated his life to ministry, impacting many lives through his work.

Harris hosts the radio show "Talk Back Natchitoches," where listeners are treated to lively discussions, inspirational messages, and practical insights on faith, community, and everyday life. Each show offers an open platform for questions, real conversations, and encouragement, making every listener feel heard and empowered. He also serves as a school board member for District #8 in Natchitoches Parish. His greatest desire is to please God and serve others.

Harris' mission is to disciple, enlighten, and empower others for service. He believes helping others gives his life meaning.
